I part ways with the girl I met for the night, deciding not to stay with her all night, and head back to the room where I find that everyone's already in bed. I try to stay quiet, but it's hard to do when I see CC still in the same position in which Jake and I had thrown him. As usual, his mouth is hanging wide open for all the world to see. Despite the fact that his teeth are pretty damn clean, we joke around, saying that CC stands for "Cavity Caves". He hates it, of course, but that's why we do it. We do sometimes pick on someone other than Jinxx.

Full to bursting with food and soda, I lean back in my chair, letting out a loud huff and saying, "God damn, that shit was good!"
"Mmf!" Jake nods, his mouth still very full, "I coub eaf bis au bay!"
"Geez, Jake, are you French?" Andy asks, chuckling, "Swallow, for god's sake, before you choke yourself and die! We don't need to lose our lead guitarist!" there's a huge gulping sound as Jake downs his coke in one swallow before he slams it down on the table.
"Bonjour or something!" he exclaims, faking a French accent and bowing deeply when we all applaud and laugh,
"Thank you, thank you! Gracias! Wait no..." he pauses

"ASHLEY!" I stop, very much out of breath, when I hear Jake calling for me. What are they doing to the poor guy? I sigh and turn around. May as well go back and face the music. I shouldn't have left Jake there to take all the blame, anyway. I start to jog back to the bus, and, opening the door when I arrive, I'm surprised to see Jake cowering on the floor with the others surrounding him, laughing.

"Get away from me you mother fuckers! You've done enough already!" I hear him say. They pay no attention, though, because they notice I'm back and they turn in my direction. For some reason, they start to laugh harder.

I smile at the rising sun, its rays creating a painting on the morning sky as it emerges from the horizon. It's a cold November morning, and, despite the frigid air, it's a beautiful day already. Look, I usually don't come outside to watch the sunrise or anything, but I woke up early and decided that since there wasn't any point in going back to bed, I may as well.
